Definition of Catastrophe[]
Catastrophe, commonly known as Disasters, is a serious disruption of the functioning of a community or a society involving widespread human, material, economic or environmental loss and impacts, which exceeds the ability of the affected community or society to cope using its own resources.

Epidemic outbreak[]
An Epidemic outbreak is when one doesn't build enough doctors or hospitals to increase Health, or manually activate it in the catastrophe menu. It causes citizens to become sick and if not treated, will abandon their homes.
Sometimes the outbreak happens if tall residential buildings are too close, so you should give some space between them. Outbreaks also happen when the cemeteries aren't emptied.

Geliumium Virus[]
The Geliumium Virus (also spelled Geliumium) is one of the most destructive types of disaster. It could destroy buildings, unlike the slime.
It can be contained by encasing it in DSA Containment Walls to prevent it from spreading. And can be neutralized by setting it on fire or nuking it.

Fires[]
Fires are the most basic disaster in the game, fire usually occurs if some buildings lack any Fire Stations coverage, Fires can also be manually activated in the Catastrophe menu.
Additionally, if a Meteor disaster happens, trees and buildings near the impact crater will be set on fire. In the case of Riots, buildings adjacent to roads taken over by riots will be eventually set on fire.
Affected buildings will be burnt down if ignored or when fire trucks don't make it in time.
Trivia: If one were to build many fire stations, and light a building on fire accidentally or intentionally, many firetrucks would attempt to put out one fire!
Tornado[]
Tornadoes go in a line in a random direction from where they start, obliterating everything in their path.
Tornadoes can happen naturally if Tornadoes in the Auto-disasters settings are enabled (Auto-disasters are disabled by default), or when activated manually therefore. Whatever you do, never underestimate one, that's a dangerous way to ruin everything you've done
Nuke[]
Nuclear Explosion will occur if a Nuclear Power Plant is supplied with insufficient amounts of water
A very dangerous catastrophe, it can wipe out a large amount of land, destroying most structures as well as creating radioactive material.
To avoid this or minimizing the risks regularly check to ensure that Nuclear Power Plant is being supplied with enough water.
Player can also use Catastrophe Menu in top left at the game screen to deploy the explosion.
A Riot Blocking A Road.
Riot[]
Riot occurs if the player does not maintain citizen happiness. The only way to stop a riot is to deploy a S.W.A.T unit.
Riot can cause fire to buildings, traffic jams, and town/city bankruptcy.
Riots can only spread via roads and highways, excluding pavement roads.
To minimize the risk of a riot, build a S.W.A.T HQ at the center of your town/city. Military Patrols can also stop riots but cannot directly target them.

Meteor occurs if the player builds one or more missile silos.
Meteor leaves "Meteorite Craters" with the description "A big meteorite crater. Better remove it". Craters act like rubble, it must be bulldozed so the pollution doesn't affect residential buildings. Meteors also cause fires near them and cause some smaller craters in other areas

UFO occurs when the player builds one or more missile silos.
UFO is very dangerous. It causes a lot of damage to your town or city. Rocket launchers can shoot down UFOs. Players could deploy UFOs by using the catastrophe menu only if they have the Military base features.
After destroyed, the UFO will create a "Destroyed UFO" also known as "A Strange Thing" with the description "Something stucking in the ground. You better remove it" It will cause and spread pollution and radiation
